SALARY: £21,000 to £25,000 (plus benefits)

The Welsh Football Trust is seeking an individual with the necessary enthusiasm and commitment to make a difference to the development of football in the Central Wales FA area.

This post will be based in Central Wales – location to be decided.

Central to the role will be the strategic coordination of the Area Association girls’ and disability football programmes. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering female only and disability coach education initiatives.

On a local level, you will be working directly with clubs from the local junior football leagues, supporting the growth in participation and volunteers and will also deliver Level 1 coach education courses.

Key competencies required

  • strategic planning;
  • good communication and organisation skills;
  • good written and presentation skills;
  • willingness to work unsociable hours;
  • the FAW C certificate is an essential qualification.
