Players, coaches and the grassroots football workforce throughout the Sheffield & Hallamshire FA region can yet again have their say on the future of the game locally by taking part in The FA’s new online survey.

The online survey gives you a chance to shape the future of grassroots football by letting us know what are your priorities and how we are performing as we move forward and become more customer focused.

The grassroots football community can complete the survey online by clicking here between Monday 18th January and Sunday 14th February 2010. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

All complete surveys are automatically entered into a prize draw to win some fantastic prizes including Tickets to an upcoming England Match at Wembley Stadium, £200 worth of branded England goods, and a signed England Shirt.
